Our company has discovered that certain companies continue to promote Ultra-High Definition COB display products that infringe our patents for Pixel Sharing Engines Technology (also known as virtual pixel, spatial pixel, dynamic pixel, etc.) without our permission. This behaviour misleads industry partners and consumers and seriously infringes our legitimate rights and interests. We would like to make a special declaration: Our lawsuit against these companies for intellectual property infringement is currently in court. We will also take other administrative and legal measures, including but not limited to bidding complaints, exhibition intellectual property protection, and customs intellectual property inspection protection. These actions are aimed at resolutely defending our intellectual property and protecting our legitimate interests.
Our core patented technology, “PSE”, effectively addresses the challenges of reducing cost, saving energy and improving resolution for Micro LED display products. This technology has laid a solid foundation for Micro LED display products to enter a wide range of application scenarios and fields and has been widely adopted in many of Ledman’s COB display products and has been highly praised by users.
The “PSE” patent technology is a significant innovation and an invaluable intangible asset of Ledman that must not be infringed. We will always respect the intellectual property of others and uphold the Ledman spirit of “Integrity, Dedication, Collaboration and Innovation”. We adhere to the principles of law-abiding and honesty in our business activities and are committed to building long-term, friendly and honest cooperative relationships with our partners to achieve mutual development.
