Ledman’s Full Series of COB Interactive Conference/Education AlO Awarded the Level One Energy Efficiency Mark

Recently, Ledman’s Conference/Education Interactive Display (hereinafter referred to as Ledman Interactive Conference/Education AIO) has successfully passed the testing and certification by China’s authoritative certification lab. In accordance with the latest national standard “Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for displays” (GB 21520-2023), its energy efficiency level has reached the supreme tier, Level One, among high-performance LED AIO.

 

 

 

The new standard, GB 21520-2023 “Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for displays,” officially took effect from June 1, 2024. It introduces energy efficiency requirements for Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) displays and Light-Emitting Diode (LED) all-in-one display terminals, thereby setting the latest national benchmark for energy efficiency certifications of LED AIO. The issuance and enforcement of this new standard are poised to vigorously propel technological advancements and enhance energy efficiency within the display industry, fostering an environment conducive to energy conservation, emissions reduction, and sustainable development.

 

The newly minted standard delineates the standard test conditions for LED AIO and outlines methodologies for assessing energy efficiency. The new standard categorizes high-performance LED AIO based on five key criteria: horizontal viewing angle, contrast , pixel pitch, color gamut coverage, and refresh rate. To be classified as a Level One high-energy efficiency LED AIO, the device must fulfill at least three essential criteria and exhibit an energy efficiency of no less than 2.7 cd/W.

 

An LED AIO is categorized as a high-performance machine when it meets at least three out of the conditions a) through e):

a) A horizontal viewing angle of not less than 170°;

b) A contrast of at least 3000:11;

c) A pixel pitch of no more than 1.30 mm;

d) NTSC color gamut coverage (CIE 1931) ≥100%;

e) Products employing passive matrix driving technology exhibit a refresh rate of no less than 3840 Hz, while those incorporating active matrix boast a refresh rate of at least 100 Hz.
